The Warehouse Lead at Pacific Seafood is a key role on our Warehouse team supporting efforts to ensure smooth and efficient operations while fostering a productive and positive work environment. This position involves coordination of orders and quality control and is ideal for someone who is safety conscious, adaptable, organized, and a team player.
Requirements
and deadlines. Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet company standards and customer expectations. Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for warehouse staff.
Monitor equipment performance and address any issues or malfunctions promptly. Schedule routine maintenance tasks and coordinate with maintenance personnel to minimize downtime. Team Management: Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among warehouse staff.
Allocate resources effectively, including labor, equipment, and space, to optimize productivity and meet operational goals. Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance for management review and strategic planning. Identify training needs and develop training programs or materials to address gaps in performance or competency.
