Overview The Management Accountant will primarily support the Core Finance team with the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for the group.

Responsibilities

, you will be responsible for developing and improving financial processes to further automate existing processes. Embedding AI models within finance workflows. Your role will be to provide support across the finance operations by supporting the Head of Finance and Systems with a focus on robust month-end delivery, strong financial controls, and insightful reporting.

You will be preparing management accounts, monthly journals, revenue and cost management, and GL reconciliations . This is a wide-ranging role and will require the ability to manage a range of stakeholders to deliver to tight timelines. Key Responsibilities

including: Management Reporting Assist with the month-end close process, ensuring timely posting of all journals Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations including fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, leases & inter-company Prepare VAT returns for multiple entities Review and refine month-end processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation in collaboration with Finance Systems and Tech teams Financial Systems & Controls - AI ImplementationSupport and develop Field’s finance processes and infrastructure as we grow.
