Location: UK, Remote The Opportunity: Commvault has an outstanding career opportunity for a Hybrid SaaS Subscription Renewals Representative to support customer retention, expansion, and subscription revenue growth.
This role is responsible for managing a book of renewal business, proactively engaging customers, and executing renewals through a consultative sales motion.
What You’Ll Do
: The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities. The SaaS Renewals Representative partners closely with cross-functional teams across the software lifecycle to support renewal and expansion execution. This role requires strong execution discipline, effective communication skills, and a working understanding of SaaS and Subscription sales, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Who You Are
: 4-6 years renewals or inside sales· 4–6 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, or a related customer-facing sales role Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a consultative manner Excellent German and English language skills both written and verbal to C1/C2 proficiency is required.
