The Basics Location: Albany, Ohio Job Type: Regular Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM The M anufacturing E quipment E ngineer is embedded within Production that supports day-to-day manufacturing operations while owning first-line maintenance and engineering activities (or more based on experience) for processing equipment. This role is designed to support the launch of a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system by increasing equipment reliability, improving operator ownership, and reducing unplanned downtime in critical production areas.

What We’Re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in E ngineering , Life Sciences, or related technical field and advanced degree preferred 1–5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a regulated environment (internships/co-ops considered) Basic understanding of cGMP or regulated industry practices Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a growing environment Prior exposure to TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement framework Experience partnering with Facilities or Engineering teams Ability to read equip
