About The Role
Airborne ABA is seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA to join our growing team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role focuses on providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in home and school settings. You will have the autonomy to manage your caseload while receiving strong administrative and clinical support.
Responsibilities
Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and update treatment strategies Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency of care Provide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and clinical staff Maintain compliant documentation and uphold ethical standards
Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required for the position Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred Strong analytical, communication, and clinical decision-making skills *Must be able to pass a background check* Work Location: Hybrid work in Colorado Springs, Colorado Job Type: Full-time
