About The Role

: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineering Manager with deep expertise in backend systems (TypeScript, microservices, cloud) to lead multiple engineering teams building the Affinidi Elements platform. While you will manage and support teams working across the full stack (backend, frontend, platform infrastructure), your technical depth and demonstrated experience in backend engineering will be crucial in guiding architecture, ensuring quality, and driving technical strategy. This role blends people leadership with technical leadership : you will grow high-performing fullstack teams, define best practices across the stack, and remain hands-on in critical technical decisions to ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and performant.
