Identify bottlenecks or risks in current HR workflows and propose actionable process improvements. Act as the primary point of contact for compliance inquiries, coordinating with internal audit and legal teams when necessary.

What You’Ll Do
This role will be the driving force behind our HR operational excellence, ensuring that our HR practices are fully documented, compliant, and clearly communicated. You will serve as a crucial bridge between human resources and key stakeholders, transforming complex HR system data into actionable reports for business partners, our parent company, and shareholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in process design, regulatory compliance, and hands-on data management within enterprise HRIS platforms.
