Red Ventures — Charlotte, North Carolina
This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp. This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays each week. Red Ventures Growth Team (RVGT) is a specialized client services business that builds and operates digital acquisition programs for major financial institutions.
We sit at the intersection of performance marketing, AI-native operations, and financial services compliance. We're looking for a Delivery Controls Senior Associate who is ready to own a meaningful piece of how we keep those programs running cleanly. This role sits at the core of delivery and compliance operations for an RVGT client partnership.
You'll own a defined set of workflows — compliance submission tracking, controls calendar management, audit documentation, and day-to-day PMO coordination — and be expected to run them independently with limited oversight. This is not a support role. You'll own your workstreams end-to-end, serve as a direct counterpart to the client's PMO team, and be expected to proactively flag risks, identify gaps, and surface ideas for how to make the work faster or smarter.
Over time, the expectation is that you'll increasingly take on ownership — building toward the Delivery Controls Manager role as you demonstrate the ability to run the full function. If you're someone who takes compliance seriously, hates manual processes that exist for no good reason, and wants to be part of building something at the intersection of financial services rigor and AI-native operations — this role was built for you.
What You'Ll Do
: Compliance submission workflow: routing creative, content, and product changes through bank compliance review; tracking submission status and follow-up end-to-end Controls calendar: maintaining RV, RVGT, and client-specific governance
Requirements
— certifications, trainings, no lapses Audit documentation and logistics: keeping materials current and organized so preparation is never a scramble Day-to-day PMO coordination: owning trackers, circulating status updates, and flagging open items across workstreams Client PMO support: attending joint planning sessions, capturing action items, and serving as a reliable point of contact Process improvement: identifying consistent sources of risk or error and repeatable manual tasks; surfacing ideas for how to automate or eliminate them
What We'Re Looking For
: 3-5 years in project management, operations, or compliance-adjacent work. Financial services, regulated industry, or agency experience preferred. Hands-on familiarity with how digital products get built and shipped.
You've worked alongside frontend engineers, in a CMS, or in a digital production environment — and you understand what it takes to get a page or experience live. You don't need to be technical, but you need to know what the work involves. Developing familiarity with financial services compliance frameworks (ADA, FCRA, ECOA, UDAAP, bank vendor governance).
You don't need to be an expert — you need to be able to learn quickly and flag when something looks off. Strong organizational instincts. You keep trackers current, follow through on what you said you'd do, and close loops without being asked.
Proactive communicator. You escalate with a proposed solution, not just a flag. You don't wait to be managed.
Curious about AI and automation. You notice when something is unnecessarily manual and have opinions about what to do about it. Comfortable in a fast-paced, compliance-conscious environment where both velocity and standards matter.
What Makes RVGT Different: We're a small team doing consequential work at scale. Our acquisition programs touch millions of customers across major financial institution partners.
