Why we're hiring: We are looking for a collaborative Senior Reward Analyst to join our Global Reward and Transformation team for a maternity cover FTC. Reporting to the Global Head of Reward Transformation, this role offers great flexibility and can be based out of our London office, our Manchester office, or remotely. This position plays a vital role in designing, developing, and administering reward programmes that welcome, motivate, and retain diverse and critical talent across our organisation.
