goodr is calling all flaminglets — yes, that’s a baby flamingo — for our 2026 Fall Internship Program ! At goodr, we show up unabashedly ourselves, own our sh**t, and get things done. And we want our interns to do the same.

This part-time (or full-time if schedule allows), paid internship gives you real-world experience, flamingo-level fun, and skills you can take into any future career. What does it take to guide a rapidly scaling brand from the very top? This unique internship drops you directly into our executive engine as the Office of the CEO Intern , offering a rare look at how high-level business strategy transforms into real-world action.
Working alongside our Chief of Staff, you will execute research for critical special projects, help map out strategic workflows, and support the design of high-impact company-wide presentations and projects. RESPONSIBILITIES
Gain a front-row seat to the executive leadership of a fast-paced brand, observing firsthand how strategic decisions are made and executed in real time Maintain a bird’s-eye view of company-wide initiatives to help connect the dots across different departments and teams Support on ad-hoc projects completing necessary research or information gathering Lead research and discovery for special projects to uncover insights and drive data-backed decision making Support project coordination and workflows across the executive team where applicable Help with the creation, formatting, and modeling of comprehensive travel briefing memos to prepare the CEO for external meetings, events, and trips Review executive workflows and identify automation options to streamline communications and increase day-to-day productivity Leverage presentation and graphic design skills to build visually compelling decks, reports, and assets for meetings Support the long-term vision of the company by helping think through, research, and map out benchmarks for major milestones within annual planning frameworks Complete ad-hoc projects and research to support brand-level initiatives This role is in the Office of the CEO team and will report directly to the Chief of Staff Perform other related duties as assigned INTERNSHIP
REQUIREMENTS
Committed to the full 9-week internship: August 31st, 2026 - October 30th, 2026 Open to part-time (up to 30 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) opportunities, depending on your schedule Available to work fully onsite at our Inglewood, CA office during regular business hours (9am - 5pm).
