goodr is calling all flaminglets — yes, that’s a baby flamingo — for our 2026 Fall Internship Program ! At goodr, we show up unabashedly ourselves, own our sh**t, and get things done. And we want our interns to do the same.

This internship is your perfect combo! As our Eyewear Design Intern , you’ll be the creative force helping us dream up the next generation of active eyewear. You’ll rotate through our design verticals, getting hands-on experience with lens tech, frame architecture, and colorway magic—guiding ideas from initial concept all the way to pre-production.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Gain hands-on experience in sunglass design while learning how a fast-paced active eyewear company operates day-to-day Rotate through the three verticals of the Innovation and Design team to gain exposure to the full design ecosystem Gain hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and design to pre-production Develop foundational knowledge in lens technology, frame design, and colorway selection Collaborate with the I D team to support product innovation and design projects This role is in the Innovation and Design team and will report directly to the Director of Innovation and Design Perform other related duties as assigned INTERNSHIP
REQUIREMENTS
Committed to the full 9-week internship: August 31st, 2026 - October 30th, 2026 Open to part-time (up to 30 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) opportunities, depending on your schedule Available to work fully onsite at our Inglewood, CA office during regular business hours (9am - 5pm).
