The Role GoGuardian's New Products team operates like a startup inside the company: a small senior team with its own mandate, its own operating space, and a direct line to leadership.

In the last four months the team has shipped two new products into real schools, and there is more on the way. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to help drive this portfolio forward. You will have a hand in everything the team does: growing the products we have already launched, shaping the ones in flight, and helping validate what comes next.

The center of gravity of the role is making products win in the market: growing adoption, running pilots with real schools and districts, turning messy customer signal into a sharp roadmap, and making confident product decisions every day without waiting for permission. This is a high-autonomy seat. There is no playbook and no process machine; you get a mandate, real data, real customers, and a senior engineering team, and we trust you to make good calls.

What You'Ll Do

Own day-to-day product direction across one or more products, including our recently launched products: roadmap, prioritization, release decisions, and outcomes. Run beta and pilot programs end to end: recruit and manage pilot schools and districts, structure the feedback loops, decide what graduates and what gets cut. Turn usage data, support themes, sales asks, and customer conversations into a ranked, defensible plan.

Define the metrics that tell us whether the products are working and instrument what is missing. Ship on a weekly cadence with a senior engineering team and a design partner: crisp written specs and decision memos, fast tradeoff calls, no ceremony for ceremony's sake.
