We are currently seeking Journeyman Electricians to support the construction of some the most challenging and exciting projects in the Southwest, including commercial, industrial, mission-critical and water/wastewater treatment facilities. Project Assignments : Some of the largest data center and semi-conductor programs in the Southwest with years of backlog. Wages : We are offering a very competitive base rate plus incentive on participating projects.
Hours : 50-Hour work weeks plus optional overtime.

Responsibilities
Drive a growth-motivated and safety-first culture. Direct electrical construction work for assigned projects. Ensure professional resolution of escalated field-related issues and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Field Leadership to maintain project flow and schedule. Enforce all NEC local codes and stay up to date on industry changes.

Qualifications
5+ years of working knowledge of electrical construction experience Proficient knowledge and compliance with all NEC and OSHA safety standards Possess strong expertise in all aspects of trade-related materials, components, equipment, systems, methods of installation, safety procedures, safe work practices, trade-related calculations, blueprint and drawing interpretation, and troubleshooting. Ability to lift 50 pounds, unassisted, frequently throughout the day. Ability to work from various heights via ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and other safe work platforms and area.
Able to work a 40-hour work week, with overtime and off-hour shifts as required. Able to work in extreme weather conditions and elements, indoor or outdoor, including heat, cold, rain, mud, dust, and snow depending on the job location. ** An OSHA10 card is required for this role.
