Responsibilities
: The Senior Learning Development Coordinator position at Lincoln International provides an excellent opportunity to work in a demanding, yet supportive, team-oriented environment and support the organization with key development, engagement and performance management topics. The scope of the role combines some elements to strategically enhance existing efforts, launch new initiatives, as well as operationally and administratively execute current programmes and cycles. The Senior Learning Development Coordinator serves as a liaison between the firm’s Global and European Talent and HR teams and designated country and sector organisations.
, with dotted line reporting relationships and meaningful interaction with the talent team in Europe. Based in Frankfurt, Germany, the Senior Learning Development Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of performance management and internal talent development and engagement programmes and initiatives across all levels and functions in Europe.
