Qualifications
3–5 years of product management experience, with a track record of owning a product area end-to-end Experience with B2B SaaS platforms; familiarity with marketplace, supply-side, or partner-facing products is a strong plus Demonstrated ability to scope and deliver in ambiguous environments — including re-platforming work, market expansion, or early-stage product development Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating enterprise customer relationships and balancing customer-specific requests against platform-level thinking Analytical mindset: comfortable working with data and partnering with analytics and engineering teams to validate assumptions and measure outcomes Ability to translate complex workflows and user needs into clear, actionable product documentation Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Interest in renewable energy, energy markets, or sustainability (prior experience is a plus but not required)
