You will work as part of a high-performing team responsible for maintaining continuity of operations, minimising disruption, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and fatigue management principles.

Coordinate crew travel and accommodation arrangements within the operational window Supervise day-to-day activities of the Crew Duty Officer Maintain accurate records including task sheets, error logs, training reports, and handovers Contribute to a safe and compliant operation in line with Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management Systems Experience in a crewing or operational environment (desirable, not essential) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Ability to make sound, time-critical decisions under pressure Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders Good level of computer literacy (experience with crewing systems such as AIMS is beneficial) Understanding of Flight Time Limitations and fatigue risk management (desirable) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in written and spoken English About AirTanker AirTanker is a flexible and responsive world-leading aviation service provider.
