Join our team as a Senior Special Requests Analyst, where you'll ensure the efficient handling of Borrower Requests & Consent matters. You'll lead the timely processing of requests, oversee debt asset management underwriting, and conduct due diligence within our Servicing platform. Your role involves providing written recommendations to management, managing the pipeline, and continuously enhancing processing systems for improved efficiency.

You'll compile reports for senior management and Rating Agencies, while engaging with a diverse range of commercial property types, including multifamily, retail, office, and more. Collaborate with key stakeholders such as servicing entities, legal counsel, borrowers, and senior management. Requirements

letters as needed Perform necessary analysis for requested transactions such as leasing activity, property management changes alterations of collateral, partial releases, and franchise changes Review cases performed by Hyderabad staff on similar transaction and take deals through the balance of the approval process Document transactions in the Servicing system and document retention system Update assigned pipeline in various tracking systems Other duties as assigned We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3-5 years of underwriting/financial analysis experience, preferably commercial real estate Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent computer skills We believe People Matter, so we offer
