About the Job As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for client service as your top priority, including but not limited to: Welcome our clients in a friendly, helpful and compassionate manner Keeping clients informed of their pet’s appointment journey from start to finish, from check in to discharge, including collecting records, medical histories, intake information, creating and delivering estimates, collecting deposits, finalizing invoices, preparing medications and supplies for discharge, and delivering discharge information as appropriate Prepare and review medical records accurately and completely Educate and advise clients regarding PESCM's services and practices Process invoices and payments accurately Assist with other administrative duties such as scanning, faxing, and emailing Keep lobby clean and inviting About you Minimum of 1 year of experience working in emergency specialty veterinary hospital setting strongly preferred with experience with animal handling Strong communication skills, verbal and written; organizational skills; proactive thinking and a positive attitude are also a must Ability to multi-task with high decision quality/priority setting in a chaotic environment with completing needs Ability to be compassionate at all times with upset and worried clients Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and commitment to develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and community is required.
