Qualifications

: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing or a related health field. Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Active CPR certification required; certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing preferred.

Must meet one of the following: Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing or a related health field and at least 2 years of full-time supervisory or managerial experience in a hospice or home health agency within the last 5 years At least 4 years of full-time supervisory or managerial experience in a hospice or home health agency within the last 5 years Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) preferred; familiarity with WellSky is highly desirable. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
