ROLE SUMMARY As VP, Production, you are the creative and operational force behind every way HCEsquared shows up for the dermatology community—from the energy of a packed national conference, to the focus of a regional workshop, to the polish of a virtual broadcast, to the on-demand pull of a podcast or video series.

You lead an integrated production organization of three teams—Senior Event Production, Virtual Content Events, and Digital Production—and set one unmistakable standard of quality that carries across every format and program, both CME and non-CME. Reporting to the Head of Product, you ensure that whether an HCP joins us in a ballroom, on a livestream, or through their earbuds, the experience feels unmistakably HCEsquared: expertly produced, intentionally designed, and worth coming back to.
