Lead Installation Technician (High-End Resi AV, Lighting, Shading, Control)

Technically inclined, leading teams, and always curious how things work. You Have: Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools.

Your Location: 1300 Industrial Road, San Carlos, CA 94070 In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid) Your Schedule: Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Per Week Days Per Week: Monday to Friday (8:00am-5:00pm) Your Manager: Project Manager Pull/Terminate/Test Low-Voltage Cabling (Category, Fiber, Speaker, Lutron) Mount devices at the ends of those wires (AV/Network/Control/Lighting/Shading) Build and lace equipment racks Advanced setup and configuration of devices Advanced understanding of networks Advanced troubleshooting of devices Supervise & Mentor Techs/Apprentices Coordinate with other trades to maintain schedule and ensure execution Oversee Job Site Safety Ensure proper project closeout and deliverables AV Installation (Resi & Commercial) Security Installation Low-Voltage Cable Pulling Managed Services (MSP) - If you can install! Electrician (HV or LV) $40/hr-$60/hr – Yup!
