The Readiness Program Manager will serve as a key leader overseeing Equipment (E) and Supply (S) pillars supporting readiness and accountability initiatives for NCG-1 and subordinate units. The position involves managing critical readiness systems, analyzing operational data, and providing leadership with actionable insights to ensure mission readiness and sustainment. Manage and oversee Equipment and Supply readiness pillars, including DPAS and RCRP systems.

Track and analyze readiness data across subordinate units and provide routine briefings to leadership. Compile and evaluate readiness metrics and develop recommendations for operational improvements. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Equipment and Supply Figure of Merit (EFOM/SFOM).

Coordinate with internal teams and higher headquarters to resolve system and readiness issues. Monitor equipment status and maintain situational awareness of operational availability. Lead periodic readiness reviews and coordinate with subordinate units to ensure compliance.

Train and support unit managers on readiness systems and processes. Manage inventory accountability, including tracking large-scale equipment datasets.
