Senior Acquisition Manager

Are you currently leading M&A transactions end-to-end within the wealth or financial advice market? Do you have the network and credibility to originate and convert acquisition opportunities? Can you negotiate, structure, and deliver deals while managing multiple transactions in parallel?

If yes, this role sits at the centre of Benchmark’s growth strategy. We are hiring a Senior Manager to join our Acquisitions team and support the delivery of our M&A strategy. You will lead acquisition activity across the full deal lifecycle, from origination through to completion and integration.

You will work closely with the Acquisitions Director, Board, and Executive Leadership Team, taking ownership for transactions and driving outcomes. Inorganic growth is a core part of our strategy. This is a visible role where you will operate across the business and with external advisers to deliver acquisitions across the UK.
