We are looking for an experienced and proactive Junior HR Business Partner to join the InsurEvo Group and play a key role in supporting our people strategy across the business. This is a busy and varied role focused on partnering with line managers to provide expert guidance across a wide range of people matters, helping to drive performance, engagement, and talent development. You’ll work closely with the Head of HR to deliver high-quality HR support, contribute to key people initiatives, and ensure best practice across the employee lifecycle.

The successful candidate will be confident handling employee relations matters, interpreting employment legislation, and using data and insight to support informed business decisions and continuous improvement.
