Our goal is to maximize airlines' operational efficiency by optimizing resource use, reduce costs and increase customer experience and satisfaction. Amach is seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Engineer to support the design and delivery of intelligent, AI-enabled customer and operational solutions.

This role will focus on developing and implementing scalable Salesforce Agentforce capabilities, integrating AI-driven workflows, and creating seamless user experiences across enterprise environments. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Include: Design, build, and configure solutions using Salesforce Agentforce and the wider Salesforce ecosystem Develop AI-powered agent experiences and workflow automation capabilities Integrate Agentforce with enterprise applications, APIs, and external platforms Translate business

Requirements
