The Associate Director, HCP Promotional Marketing is a key member of the HCP Promotional Marketing Team, responsible for helping to lead the launch of the next product in the Endocrine portfolio through both branded and unbranded initiatives.

and Technical Proficiencies: Experience supporting product launches, lifecycle management, or new indication launches preferred Endocrinology, metabolic disease, or related specialty therapeutic area experience a bonus Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority Up to 25% domestic travel (location-based) or 30–35% (fully remote) Open to all locations. Role can be location-based (in office up to 3 days per week) or fully remote, with expected travel to office and meetings as needed Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred 5-6+ years of progressive pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare commercial experience, including brand or franchise marketing The pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position is $172,200 - $227,900; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on legitimate considerations, including geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. #LI-Remote Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
