Responsibilities
: Provide senior level administrative support for our Survey Department leaders and programs within a civil engineering and design firm. Assist in onboarding and training new office and field staff. Make travel arrangements and conference reservations as needed.
Support vehicle operations and maintain records. New project set up: Prepare presentations, correspondence, and reports. Respond to inquiries and informational requests.
Report to Houston and Katy offices for on-site support – schedule to be determine (mileage reimbursement included) Process project documents including but not limited to scanning, creating document records in the management system, routing and distribution, and filing (electronic and hardcopy) Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and prudence. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
: Associates or higher with business related degree is preferred. Relevant years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree. 7+ years of administrative experience with a proven ability to work independently.
Must have valid driver’s license and your own vehicle for office rotation. This will be reimbursed. Background in the professional services industry preferred Rapid mastery of new skills and concepts Advanced problem-solving skills Must have excellent time management skills, and ability to coordinate with all levels of staff and handle multiple tasks.
Compensation
