As Senior Manager, Corporate IT, you will lead the function responsible for delivering secure, reliable and modern technology experiences to Zipsters across Australia and New Zealand. From workplace technology and enterprise applications through to automation, AI adoption and technology procurement, your impact will be felt across the entire organisation. What you'll own Develop and deliver the Corporate IT strategy and roadmap, ensuring technology services scale with the needs of a growing business Lead and inspire a high performing Corporate IT team, creating an environment focused on collaboration, growth and continuous improvement Own the end to end employee technology experience across IT support, workplace technology, collaboration tools, identity and access management, endpoint management and enterprise applications Drive automation and AI enabled solutions that improve productivity, streamline processes and enhance the employee experience Lead technology procurement, vendor management and SaaS governance activities, delivering strong commercial outcomes and operational efficiency Partner with Security, Engineering, Finance and People Culture teams to strengthen governance, compliance, resilience and service delivery Establish meaningful service metrics, reporting and operational standards that improve visibility, accountability and performance Identify opportunities to modernise systems, optimise technology investments and improve the way Zipsters interact with technology every day What you'll bring to the team Zipsters work on a broad range of initiatives, and our skills and experiences all look a little different.
