We’ve done a pretty good job so far, but we’re just getting started! 🏢This is a Hybrid role, working from our London (Moorgate) Offices 2 days per week. The Team The team handles all the critical, complex calculations for our Credit product: working out a customer's balance in real time, creating payment plans for those who are struggling, and managing the collections process.

This requires high availability, data accuracy and performance at scale. What You’ll Be Doing As an Engineering Team Lead you build and lead a high-performing, healthy engineering team. You own the delivery of your team's quarterly objectives, the growth of your direct reports, and the day-to-day culture that lets great work happen.

You stay hands-on, but your impact comes through your people and what the team delivers. You build a team that stays successful without you needing to step in.
