Outside Sales Representative - Residential Construction

In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100 th anniversary in business. DH Pace Company aspires to hire an experienced Outside Residential Sales Representative who will specialize in building relationships and selling door and door products to homeowners and builders in the Nashville area.

Responsibilities

: Design customized door solutions Promote line of products and services to potential customers daily. Make sales presentations that include product samples and design software Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess customer’s needs, and sell technical and mechanical good and services. Build solid, long-lasting relationships with general contractors and builders in an assigned territory Provides timely and accurate estimates and proposals.

Requirements

Two (2) years outside selling experience to homeowners and general contractors Mechanical aptitude (Experience with blueprints/plans and specs highly desirable) Strong interpersonal skills to easily establish rapport with new customers Must possess valid driver’s license Must have excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills Other duties as assigned #PaceID1
