Strategic Partnership Specialist, Miami

IXL Learning, a developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and support Miami-Dade County Public Schools. As a Strategic Partnership Specialist, you will deliver high-quality professional learning sessions, focusing on supporting M-DCPS administrators, building principals, and educators to effectively implement IXL in their schools and classrooms. You’ll also collaborate with district leaders to develop creative strategies for leveraging IXL to support key initiatives and achieve their instructional goals.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

BA/BS degree 7+ years of educational professional development experience MUST either have experience as a school or district administrator OR have had extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences Experience teaching in a K-12 setting (preferred experience in M-DCPS) Exceptional presentation skills Familiarity with web-based technologies to support instruction Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented; ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for improving education through technology Strategic thinker and problem-solver ABOUT IXL LEARNING IXL Learning is the country's largest EdTech company.
