We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Care Team Member to join our store team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll help create a welcoming, solution-focused environment for our members and customers. Working 3 days per week. Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. Or Thursday, Friday & Saturday Contract: Permanent Hours: Part-time Hours of Work: 18 Hours per week - Working 3 days per week.

Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. Or Thursday, Friday & Saturday As a Customer Care Team Member, you’ll be a key part of the store’s success, supporting customers with energy, empathy, and professionalism. You’ll handle queries, support counter duties, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

include: • Delivering consistently outstanding customer service • Responding to queries promptly and professionally • Supporting counter duties with confidence and efficiency • Answering phone calls in line with company standards • Assisting with stock control and maintaining accuracy • A genuine interest in customer service and retail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks • Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards • You’ll be confident, approachable, and self-motivated, with a flexible and team-oriented attitude. Experience in customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential, we’re happy to support your development.
