Factory and Welfare Cleaner

As a Cleaning Operative at ENVA, based in Grantham, you will be expected to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic office environment by performing routine cleaning tasks, ensuring workspaces are presentable, and supporting a healthy, productive atmosphere for all staff and visitors. This role contributes directly to the smooth operation of the organization by upholding high standards of cleanliness and workplace care efforts while upholding efficient waste management and recycling practices. Sorting and Handling: Sort all materials into the correct designated areas.

Ensure all chemicals are stored safely.

Requirements

Safety and Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly those relating to the handling of chemicals and cleaning products. Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions immediately. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet daily expectations.

Ensuring that tasks are carried out daily. Housekeeping & Compliance – Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following company policies, risk assessments, and safe operating procedures. Report any problems to the HSE team.
