We are looking for a skilled Payroll and HR administration colleague with generalist HR social legislation knowledge to be responsible for administrative HR tasks, assisting with payroll, keeping our HR administration up to date and advising staff on policies and procedures. 330 employees, enabling them to deliver our mission – using the power of the law to bring about systemic change that protects the Earth for – and with – its inhabitants.
Requirements
- Recording employee-related data in our HR Information System (Personio) - Coordinate the provision of accurate and timely monthly payroll information, changes to conditions of employment, ensuring related documents are issued and information is recorded and processed in a timely and accurate manner. Employee Onboarding: - Prepare contracts of employment and addendums, complete HR on-boarding, including carrying out HR inductions with new joiners and compilation of labour documentation.
