What You’Ll Do

As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our business by selling our innovative kitchen spaces to startups, mid-tier hospitality businesses, and enterprise QSRs. This is a full-cycle sales role (50/50 inbound and outbound), from lead generation to closing deals and reporting directly to the Country Lead. Generating and qualifying leads through outbound outreach and responding to inbound inquiries quickly and professionally.

Building and managing your short and long term sales pipeline in Salesforce from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities and warm up cold leads. Negotiating pricing within our approved framework to maximise value for both the customer and the business.

What We’Re Looking For

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced startup or hospitality environment. Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets through a mix of inbound and outbound efforts. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.

Goal-driven, resilient, and competitive mindset with a focus on delivering results. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
