In this role, you will: Provide technical support for customers and partners during the presales and sales process. Serve as a technical contact for channel partners, assisting with technical requests and pre‑sales support.

Requirements

Develop deep knowledge of Nozomi Networks’ products and services to communicate technical solutions effectively. Engage with customers and partners to understand their technical needs and recommend appropriate solutions . Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.
