LEAD OPERATIONS ENGINEER (SPECIAL PROGRAMS) Special Programs Operations Engineering team is looking for a Lead Operations Engineer to proactively steer stakeholders across the broader Starshield and Special Programs organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

: Lead a team of operations engineers to proactively identify production, engineering, and supply chain deficiencies and operational challenges within the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

: Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline 2+ years of engineering experience in one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing/production operations Supply chain management Military or defense operations Aerospace or government contracting PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information and draw actionable insights Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise research reports Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment in a fast-paced, high-tech environment Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Active TS/SCI clearance, or ability to obtain one Highly collaborative with a great degree of emotional intelligence and maturity ADDITIONAL

00/per year Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Those with an active clearance will receive a 10% differential, up to an additional $15,000 annually, once officially briefed into a classified program. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.

You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
