Qualifications

: Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Nursing or related field required Certificate in Hospice and Palliative Care Management preferred Active RN license required Minimum 5–7 years of healthcare management experience, ideally in hospice care Proven ability to lead clinical teams and manage multi-site operations Strong understanding of hospice regulations, EMR systems, and interdisciplinary care models Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required Comfortable working in an environment with animals and pets Ability to remain calm and compassionate in emotionally intense situations Why Choose Silverado Hospice?
