This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events. Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time. What You’Ll Do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following: Be responsible for the electrical hardware design and release of electrical switches and switch modules. Your scope can cover from clean sheet of paper through virtual development, testing/sign-off and manufacturing launch for Scout rugged SUV’s and pick-ups. Work with Studio, Concept, Purchasing and Finance counterparts to develop technical specifications in support of the quoting and sourcing process.

Manage supplier resources efficiently to deliver components and systems that meet cost, timing, and quality targets. Work with suppliers to develop robust electrical design verification and validation plans, perform virtual and physical testing, and ensure issues are resolved prior to program validation signoff milestones.
