Systems Engineer (Esports)

As a Systems Engineer in the Esports Event Technology (EET) Team, you will support a team focused on building, supporting and maintaining the infrastructure, tooling and applications that power Riot's esports events around the world.

You will work in a self-guiding, cross-functional team with highly skilled individuals to ensure that Riot's infrastructure is capable of supporting all Riot Esports initiatives. This role may require international travel to support global and regional events. Expected travel ranges from 10% to 40% depending on event schedules and business needs.

Responsibilities

: Act as the SME for core infrastructure systems, platforms, and services Design, support and evolve our global esports infrastructure Collaborate within a diverse, cross functional team across engineering and operations Develop technical standards and enable operations teams through documentation, automation, and coaching Participate in global event support as needed, including occasional non standard working hours
