Beauty Advisor - Tatcha & K18 - Athens

Beauty Advisor What We Need We are looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. In this role, you will support sales and training for Tatcha and K-18. Travel required to the key Sephora stores in Athens, with Specific focus on the flagship stores which will play a key role in driving sales performance and events.

You are able to learn quickly and take initiative, as our company is dynamic and ever evolving. To succeed in this position, the following qualities are paramount: Strong salesperson with high EQ and an enthusiasm for building relationships Skilled communicator who can tailor messaging to audience Hands-on approach to your work Brings a sense of professionalism and joy to all interactions Strong organizational and time-management skills Self-motivated and takes initiative Positive and upbeat demeanor Able to work 3 Saturdays a month. Flexibility to work across multiple store locations and on weekends, evenings, and during promotional events.

Qualifications
