What You'Ll Do
Analyze labor data, trends, and employment practices across Fever’s global operations to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and compliance.
Requirements
and helping implement employment frameworks in new markets. Lead and contribute to labor relations projects, including policy implementation, process improvements, and employee relations initiatives. Monitor and manage sensitive labor matters, ensuring transparent communication and alignment between employees, management, and key stakeholders.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employment-related matters, labor agreements, and workplace policies across multiple countries.
Collaborate with international teams and external partners to adapt employment contracts and policies to local regulations. Support onboarding processes to ensure compliant employee hiring and integration across all countries where Fever operates. Manage offboarding and employee termination processes, ensuring proper procedures, documentation, and communication are followed.
Utilize internal communication tools such as Jira and Slack to provide timely support and maintain effective communication with managers and employees.

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Law, Labor Relations or a related field. 2+ years of experience in labor relations, employment law or a similar role, preferably within an international company or law firm. Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and employee relations practices.
Experience supporting international workforces and navigating multi-country employment frameworks is highly valued. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across different levels of the organization. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong compliance mindset.
