Title: Senior Project Manager, Public Opportunities Type: Full Time, Exempt Location: Reston, Virginia (Hybrid) Reports to: Director, Utilities Muller is a full-service site work contractor based in Northern Virginia. The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for leading and delivering large-scale heavy civil and public infrastructure projects from start to finish.

: Provide oversight of multiple heavy civil construction projects including roadway, utilities, stormwater, grading, and site development. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards. Lead project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation efforts.

Monitor project performance and proactively address risks and challenges. Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control processes. Ensure accurate billing Identify opportunities to improve project profitability.

Required Qualifications

: Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction methods, sequencing, and logistics. Proficiency in cost control systems and construction management software. Deep understanding of public contracts, specifications, and compliance requirement Experience working on public contracts (3 years) Experience with creating/managing schedules (3 years) Ability to lead multiple teams and complex projects simultaneously Proven experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
