Parts Sales & Customer Support Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries Identify correct replacement parts and equipment components Prepare parts quotes and process customer orders Research availability, compatibility, pricing, and sourcing options Deliver responsive and professional customer service Build long-term customer relationships through reliability and support Inventory & Warehouse Operations Receive, stock, organize, and distribute inventory Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock locations Perform cycle counts and inventory audits Assist with inventory reconciliation and inventory accuracy initiatives Support shipping, receiving, and logistics activities Operational Support Process purchase orders and vendor documentation Maintain accurate inventory and parts records within business systems Coordinate with technicians, service managers, vendors, and operations personnel Support service workflow and aftermarket operations A Typical Day Might Include ✔ Looking up replacement parts for technicians ✔ Helping customers identify the correct parts for their equipment ✔ Processing customer orders and quotes ✔ Receiving incoming inventory shipments ✔ Updating inventory records ✔ Working with vendors to source hard-to-find parts ✔ Supporting service teams with urgent parts requests ✔ Maintaining inventory accuracy No two days are exactly the same. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in parts, inventory, service support, warehouse operations, equipment support, or related fields Strong customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with inventory management and parts systems preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems Strong attention to detail and follow-through Highly Preferred Material Handling Equipment Experience Forklift Industry Experience Heavy Equipment Experience Automoti
