We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and growing our hazardous waste treatment facility. You’ll lead day-to-day operations across our hazardous waste facility, including waste oil production, shredder processes, and transfer station activities — ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and compliantly. Key areas of impact: Operational Leadership Own site performance — driving safe, compliant and efficient operations across all processes. Safety & Compliance Champion a Safety First culture, ensuring full compliance with environmental permits and H&S standards.

Continuous Improvement Embed Lean principles (5S, Kaizen, value stream mapping) to boost productivity, quality and cost performance. Performance Management Use KPIs to create accountability and empower teams to take ownership of results. People Leadership Develop and inspire your team through coaching, mentoring and structured development planning.

Stakeholder Collaboration Build strong relationships across teams and with external partners to ensure seamless, customer-focused delivery. Project Delivery Lead operational projects with a focus on safety, structure and successful execution. Workplace Organisation Introduce and embed visual management to elevate standards and drive continuous improvement.
