This position serves as a key liaison between training staff, leadership, and government representatives to ensure course objectives are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, accountability, and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

: Coordinate and manage all aspects of ASOTMC course execution.

Requirements

Provide classroom instruction, mentorship, and guidance to students as required. Develop and maintain training documentation, reports, and course records. Coordinate with government personnel and leadership to ensure training objectives are met.

Monitor student progress and support evaluation processes. Conduct after-action reviews (AARs) and recommend improvements to training programs.

. Support curriculum development and continuous process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

: Graduate of the NICP Course. Graduate of ASOTC (Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course). Demonstrated Battalion-Level Management Experience.

Minimum 4 years of experience coordinating operations, training events, or mission support activities. Security Clearance: TS/SCI Core One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
