Summary: A Hostess-Busser at Pacific Seafood is a key role on our Retail team supporting efforts to provide excellent service to our guests. This position involves product knowledge, quality control, and building customer relationships and is ideal for someone friendly and adaptable.
Customer Service ExcellenceLead the company’s mission to first identify, then satisfy the customers’ needs profitably creating a positive, welcoming, friendly environment. Assist customers with inquiries and complaints. Menu Knowledge and AssistanceAssist restaurant customers in finding seating and providing entrée information and order suggestions.
Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the menu. Compliance and SafetyAdhere to food and beverage safety and sanitation standards at all times. Maintain a clean work environment, wash dishes, wipe down tables and counters.
Responsibilities
