1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience (bonus if you’ve worked in a high-volume store Strong communication skills with the ability to read people and build rapport quickly A positive, team-first mindset and a passion for providing great service Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle physical aspects of the role Physical
