Jr. Paralegal - Litigation

Jr. Paralegal – Litigation Position: Financial Technology Partners is seeking a Jr. Paralegal to support the firm’s legal team.

Location: New York City, In-Office Role Description: As a Paralegal at FT Partners, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role supporting litigation preparation and planning. The Paralegal will also provide assistance in a variety of other functions for the legal department.

Responsibilities

: Assist the General Counsel and outside law firm counsel in litigation preparation and management Review and analyze documents and communications and prepare summaries, timelines, and presentations based on them Manage documentation and filing deadlines Participate in legal team and firm meetings Conduct legal and non-legal research, fact-finding, and discovery projects Assist with special projects from the other members of the legal and operations teams General
