Position Summary: The Marketing Specialist is an integral member of the marketing team responsible for executing multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, brand awareness, traffic, and business growth.

This position serves as a key partner to the Integrated Marketing Manager, helping coordinate marketing initiatives across CRM, digital advertising, retail marketing, agency partners, and cross-functional business teams. The Marketing Specialist contributes to FDE's high-performance culture by delivering organized, accurate, and timely execution of marketing initiatives while supporting operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate combines strong execution and organizational skills with business acumen and marketing curiosity, demonstrating the ability to connect marketing activities to business performance, identify opportunities, and support continuous improvement.

Essential Functions Campaign & Marketing Operations Collaborates with internal teams, agency partners, and vendors to plan, execute, test, and deploy marketing campaigns and initiatives. Supports the development and coordination of campaign assets, approvals, deployment schedules, and marketing deliverables. Assists with campaign setup, testing, proofing, quality assurance, and launch activities.

Creates campaign playbooks, marketing briefs, project documentation, and post-campaign or event recaps to support execution and continuous improvement. Supports marketing initiatives across CRM, digital advertising, retail marketing, and customer engagement channels. Digital Advertising & Media Coordination Supports the execution of paid media campaigns and related marketing initiatives across assigned marketing channels.
